    1 avocado

    lunch
    roasted sweet potato
    prawns(shrimp)
tenderleaf salad (red lettuce, rocket, spinach)
    olive oil
    1 apple

dinner (bolognaise with everything below mixed together)
    250grams of minced meat(ground beef)
    can of tomatoes
    wakame
    spinach
    mushrooms
    large carrot
    bell pepper
    butter

I also use himalayen pink salt liberally and supplement with vitamin d, kelp tablets and fish oil

Welcome. That looks good. Be sure to eat a variety of primal foods.

you may want to check out the sugar levels in the yakult. there may be healthier options in obtaining your probiotics.

Kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, regular yogurt. Diet looks pretty good to me. I used to love Yakult, now it's far too sweet.
If you are new to the PB - please ignore ALL of this stuff, until you've read the book, or at least http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ and this (personal fave): http://www.archevore.com/get-started/
