Am 53 and 2 months past my third rotator cuff surgery...am a strong and healthy female, have been strictly primal since last surgery. Am just now begining to strength train with PT (been there, done that..x3..) Would love to go out and lift heavy things, but know I can't...yet.
Question is...can anyone provide me with a good routine of lower body exercises that I can do as I get stronger? I am walking and doing air sqauts, stretching...plenty of hills nearby.
CW says I should never do overhead presses again, pull ups, ect...is this accurate?
