    I shared that one on facebook instantly.
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

    I never new he essentially renounced his own study. So this experiment in eliminating good nutrient rich sources of food like meat, butter etc was not only based on flawed data, but is unsubstantiated according to the author of the lipid hypothesis himself.
