Hello everyone, I have two quick questions that have been bothering me and I need an answer to.
1. Can you tell me the safe cooking methods for olive oil? I use olive oil quite a bit, and commonly use it on the stove top over medium heat for meat, and about 5 times a week I coat veggies in it and roast for 20 min at 450 in the oven...is that safe to do? If not, what's the recommendation?
2. How much iodine is in nori sheets and how much should I be eating a week? I don't use a lot of salt and my thyroid already underperforms (just slightly). Or is there a better source? I prefer not to supplement unless you all think that would be more prudent.
