So... what are your goals? What's important to you?

Do you want the women to come running or do you want to impress the guys at the gym? That's a serious question. Chicks won't usually care about washboard abs if you're generally lean, but the guys at the gym aren't too concerned about whether you have a pretty face or not. It's all about what you want.

I like the beard idea, but I like beards on guys anyway.

I love the old adage that a woman over 40 has to choose - bottom or face....I find when I loose a lot of weight so my abs show, my ribs show at breast level and my face is so gaunt it ages me 10 years, I don't know if there is an answer....if there is I want it as I want face and ass

no you have to do smith machine squats to 1/4 depth, then you will not be ugly

I very much want my flat tummy back, but apparently in order to get it I have to give up boobs and ass and my face looks too thin. Damn it. I'm not sure that's worth the sacrifice, but feeling this much better sure is.
