    LOL. When I was eating cereal, I got out my bowl and filled it up! Then filled it with low fat milk. Man, am I not missing that.

    It's pretty astounding that my husband gave up cereal, since he used to go through about three 18-oz boxes of Wheaties a week! I used to stock up and buy about 50 boxes at a time when they went on sale and stack them up along the back wall of the kitchen nook. One time it looked like I had decorated the kitchen with Tiger Woods wallpaper.

    Back when I was getting into health and nutrition and still under the influence of the vegan/hippie/whole foods types I would eat shredded wheat cereal with rice milk (because I had clued into that milk was unhealthy) and thought that I was being healthy because all it had in it was wheat, rice, and water. *facepalm*. I think I've healed the insulin resistance and intestinal damage by now. Glad that only went on for half a year tops.

    Stabbing conventional wisdom in its face.

    I "love" how they named it "Fuel" as though are bodies are simple internal combustion engines. Thanks but I'll skip the "fuel" and eat food instead.
