Itchy mouth roof page

Hi,
I'm not strictly primal yet, i've been eating a few mcflurries here and there and the odd chicken wrap when in town, i notice now and again that my mouth roof feels very itchy towards the throat, is this most likeley a food allergy? I hear there can be delays of a few days so not sure how to single out what it is though i suspect maybe its wheat, im also allergic to cats and dogs and i get hayfever

I get an itchy throat with some fruit (especially if its older) from my pollen allergy its call oral allergy syndrom.. So it could be that or maybe another food allergy?
