Took my body at least a month to figure out how to efficiently use fat for energy. Drop the fruit, up the fat (especially coconut oil and real coconut milk) to get into ketosis better.
There's Primal for maintenance, which looks like about what you are already doing, and then Primal for fat loss, which means more meat and fat and a few greens, eggs, etc. but nothing like fruit or squash.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
