usually i fast from diner (7/8pm) till the next day 3/4pm and i work out in my lunchbreak, around 1pm. all i have in the morning is a bit fat in my tea (coconut oil, full fat cream, butter) and a bone broth before the workout.

most of the days that feels just right, but some days i start to feel a bit dizzy and low of energy or just absoutly hungry and i see no way to go any longer than 1/2ish without food. that happens to me today and my question is:

in that case, is it better to eat before or after the workout? i can probably make it till after and maybe i'm not that hungry anymore but i'm sure i will not have the full energy i need for my workout.

my main goal is loosing fat, but i like to build a lot more muscles and get stronger!
