Yummy In Tummy
Food of delicious proportions:
Raw tilapia marinated in apple-cider vinegar (organic w/mother) and lemon juice (1/2 hour - 45 min. soak);
Romaine lettuce leaves;
Green onion stems;
Serve it all wrapped in the Romaine lettuce leaves... Awesome!
Oh, yes! And to top it off: 1 cup of organic raspberries in a vanilla coconut-milk drink (full fat, of course!).

I have to say this though: fish shouldn't be marinated in an acid for longer than 5-10 minutes, I believe. The acid will cook the fish!

Fair enough. I marinade it that long because I like the taste.
