I was going to say a form of yogurt too! I prefer mine with half and half for straight yogurt but the cream will be like a rich creamy cheese that tastes kind of like butter. YUM.
Broccoli soup! And many other kinds of soup. It's incredible.
This is divine: Tomato Basil Chicken Soup
4 boneless, chicken thighs (or 3 chicken breasts) precooked and diced
4 cups canned crushed tomatoes (diced works as well since you'll be pureeing it)
12 fresh basil leaves
1 cup heavy cream
1 stick (1/4 lb) of sweet unsalted butter
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
Approx. 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
Simmer tomatoes in saucepan for 20-30 minutes. Puree, with the basil leaves, in small batches, in blender or food processor (or with immersion blender). Return to saucepan and add cream, butter, salt and pepper while stirring over low heat. Add diced chicken and chopped spinach.
You don't have to be sick to get better.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I am especially intrigued by the idea of making a high fat yogurt. Anyone have much luck with starting yogurt from probiotics? I have a specific probiotic that I was prescribed by my Dr. I'd love to make a yogurt from it. I've managed getting it started successfully once, but the last time I tried it I had no luck.
maybe if you did the probiotic and a little greek yogurt when creating the base? I've added probiotic prescribed by my doc to my base, but haven't made it strictly using it
