Primal Journal (Djae)
B: 2 eggs and 2 sausages
L: Turkey; Zucchini, onion, red pepper sauteed in olive oil
S: Blackberries with coconut milk
D: Half venison/half ground pork burger; rutabaga and parsnip "fries"
S: a few walnuts with a bit of dark chocolate
Walked 40 minutes today. It's been a busy month and I have put exercise on the back burner. I have decided to make exercise a priority again. I will get in a few weeks of cardio and then start on the primal fitness plan.
Breakfast: 2 eggs and one sausage link
Lunch: Too many nuts, and the wrong kind. It was an emotional eating "binge" and I am here to learn from it. In the past it would have been a high-volume sugar binge, so even though this was a lapse, it was a much improved lapse. I will not eat again until I am truly hungry.
Dinner: Spaghetti Squash with sautéed chicken chunks, onions, tomatoes, olive oil, and seasonings.
1gm fish oil this am and one this evening.
Need to work on getting to bed earlier. I think i was in bed by 10:00 last night. That's better than 11:00-1:00am! Need to start making it a habit.
I exercised today; got in 20 minutes on the elliptical.
