I'm about half-way through the new book and I've scoured the website for information. My understanding about PB and losing weight is that if you have fat to lose:
- Cut down on fruit as well as nuts, oils, and dairy.
- Try to nix starchy vegetables (sweet potatoes, winter squashes, etc.) and legumes.
intermitently (haven't gotten to this portion of the book yet, or read much about it).
What else, considering the rest of the PB is being followed? What worked for you?

SW (May, 2011): 190 lbs
Weight when started PB on Feb., 20, 2012: 160 lbs (by reducing stress, getting sleep, limiting processed foods, and working out/running)
GW: 130 lbs (?)
