    Primal Fuel Mousse

    Primal Fuel
I invented this today and I have to admit its really good!
Thought Id let you know about it. Its a bit hit and miss with the quantities but its basically:
1/2 cup of Marks Primal Fuel
    1/2 can of coconut milk
    3 tsp of honey
    1 large egg
    1 mashed banana
    Unsweetened dessicated coconut. (toasted optional)

Whip all ingredients together well except the dessicated coconut. Pour into a shallowish dish and cook at 150C for about 30 minutes. If its not set, leave in for a bit longer.
Skin will form on top. Sprinkle with dessicated coconut and leave to cool before putting in the fridge to set.

High fat, high protein, low carb deliciousness!

I don't think that's low carb. There's 30g carb in a banana, and then 17 in the 1T of honey, sitting at 47 carbs (and there's HALF your day's allowance if you use Mark's sweet spot concept of 50g-100g carbs in a day). It's a great idea though, but personally I would use Stevia to sweeten and egg whites or gelatin for fluff.

Perhaps I shouldnt have stated 'low carb'. My apologies.
However, I often dont eat many carbs during the day so just this makes my daily intake of carbs quite low!
Im going to try this again without the banana next time as it does tend to overpower the flavour.
As you say, a touch of gelatine in its place will help it set a little.

Personally, I dont like Stevia, it leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. Without the banana a touch of honey wont hurt.
