Primal Blueprint Journal
Hi, I started the Primal Blueprint Challenge the first of the year. I'm not fond of journaling, but lately I have found myself cheating on my challenge here and there and I thought this forum would help me stay honest and true to my plan.
Today I planned to fast until lunch, or until I'm hungry. So far, so good.
Will post later in the day to let you know how I am doing.
lunch: turkey, mashed cauliflower
Snack: berries with cream
Dinner: chuck roast with cauliflower puree
Snack: a few walnuts and a small piece of chocolate
