    Any way i can improve my diet for an athelete?

    Breakfast - Eggs & Bacon fried in Olive Oil
    Dinner - Cabbage, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots with a Tin of Tuna in Olive Oil.
    Tea - Gammon & Sweet Potatoes.
    Snacks - Fruit.

    Basically this or slight variations every day.

    My main worry is I find liver / bones really offputting, so i might be missing out on some major caveman minerals, how can i get these in there? Not a fan of supplementing

    I would definitely add a fruit in the morning, banana or grapefruit, at least on training days. Also, if you are lifting weights and want good body composition, you need red meat some times, need the carnitine and arginine for muscular development, great for your sex drive and T levels as well. Make sure to add in some leafy greens often as well, spinach, kale, etc.

    Do you have any specific concerns or is it just a general question? If you feel good, I wouldn't worry about it.

    Add some meat!!! WTF.
    I would die after 3 days of training eating that way. LOL.
    People too weak to follow their own dreams will always try to discourage others.
