I would definitely add a fruit in the morning, banana or grapefruit, at least on training days. Also, if you are lifting weights and want good body composition, you need red meat some times, need the carnitine and arginine for muscular development, great for your sex drive and T levels as well. Make sure to add in some leafy greens often as well, spinach, kale, etc.
Do you have any specific concerns or is it just a general question? If you feel good, I wouldn't worry about it.
