Hello Everybody. My Name is Gabriel. I have lost 90lbs already. When I reached 250 lbs and 40 inche waist, I knew that I neded to make some changes. I started with spinning classes and nearly passed out after 10 minutes. Next class I did 15 minutes, and so on. Some of the guys in the class invited me to go cycling on the weekend. To make a long story short, I became a cycling addict hehe, in the process I have lost 90 lbs. But right now I plateaued. I am putting an avg of 120 miles and running at least 6 miles a week and can't drop a pound more. Plus I am suffering from fatigue, stomach problems, hair loss... So a friend recommended the Primal blueprint book and here I am. I am barely going to start, but I am looking forward to eliminating all my health issues with this life style change.
