My family and I are ready to start the primal journey. I am looking for other resources: blogs, recipes, other books... Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

We recently started seeing a chiropractor and he is very much into the paleo diet and was talking to us about it. We have a daughter who has a tic disorder and we are wanting to do everything we can to help her. That includes getting rid of all of the crap that is in our cabinets and refrigerator that we put into our bodies.

I found this website and it just makes good sense...so here I am!!

Welcome. You don't need anything besides MDA. There is enough info here to keep you reading for a long time, and it covers just about every topic.
    Ancestral Health Info

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.

Hi, I'm another newbie (about 7 weeks primal), and have seen the most amazing results already.
All you really need is -
    1. The PB book, and regular visits to this forum.
    2. Belief that this way of life is a change for the better.
    3. Patience whilst the inevitable body improvements come.

    Good luck with it all.
    Commenced PB Jan 2nd 2012.
    86.1kg, 23% bodyfat
    Last assessment January 26, 2014 - 79.4kgs & 14.6% bodyfat

    My goal is to:
Maintain PB lifestyle of diet and exercise.
Maintain weight of around 80kgs and 15% bodyfat.
