22 yr old female ex-vegan (slowly) transitioning into primal right now. I've never been a big breakfast/lunch eater. I usually feel fine w/some fruit and nuts for breakfast and a veggie salad for lunch which means my only animal protein for the day would come from dinner (which is always pretty big). I just feel lethargic if I eat too much or too often during the day and have actually looked into intermittent fasting during the first part of the day. Thoughts on any of this?
