Lean Gain Question (The Last One, I Promise!)
Okay I know this isn't the lean gains forum but I just want to ask one more question and then I won't mention lean gains again... ^_^
I'm getting my macros damn damn daaaamn close to perfect. Doing my lifting
I'm quite pitiful to start
Squats I'm only at 30 lbs
Deadlifts, Penlay rows, and bench presses are at 50 lbs...
Here's to hoping I can double that... then triple it eventually too!
MY QUESTION is... the food... ::exhale:: is a LOT. LOTS OF FOOD to meet the macros. I mean, I suppose if I spread it out from 8 am to 10 pm it wouldn't be much, but seeing as I take it all in 6 hours then fast for 18 hours it makes sense...
But anywho, so yeah, anyone else who gave lean gains a try get REALLLLY full when they eat?
