Okay to eat an oz of beef liver every day?
I ordered the US Wellness Meat's pet burger and it has 5% beef liver and 5% beef heart, which is about 20oz of each. Normally I eat 85% ground beef every day except salmon and/or liver every week or every other week. If I skip the weekly liver and just eat the pet burger every day, will there be any vitamin toxicity problems?

I think it would be good for you, given that you know the animal was pastured etc, and from the good source (Wellness meats)
