weight gain on primal
I have been following the primal diet for 8 months. I admit that I am human and may have cheated on occasion, but have been faithful for the most part. I feel well (no more gas, bloating, energy level good) but I cannot lose any weight. In fact, I have put on about 8 pounds since starting this whole process. Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

What are you eating, and how much? How much weight do you have to lose? Do you exercise? Sleep well? Get sunlight?

I would also recommend giving us an idea of what you eat and in what quantity. Do you track your macronutrients? Move frequently at a slow pace? Lift heavy things?

Primal diet is not a miracle diet - you eat it - you automatically lose pounds. Track your calories, exercise, sleep etc.
