How bout I give you the primal version:
1 cup of almond flour
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp vanilla
half a can of pineapple drained. Pulse in the food processor and pat into a springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10-15 min.
In food processor combine:
3 blocks creamcheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 ripe banana
1 cup of raspberries
2 tbsp vanilla
Then fold in another cup of raspberries. (I used frozen)
Bake at 325 in a bain marie (wrap the springform in tinfoil and place in a large pan, pour boiling water into larger pan) for 40 min then turn off oven and allow to sit in oven for 30 min.
Chill for at least 3 hours.
My mama made the cheesecake that's in the fridge, and though she was sweet and made it grain free, there is a butt load of sugar in it.
As for light almond cookies, these look heavenly!!!
