It's a pretty decent diet except you have a lot of almonds in there. I think a handful once in awhile is okay but you have them in four of your meals. Too many nuts can definitely make for a bad n3:n6 balance. Furthermore, since you run a lot of marathons (which isn't totally primal but you only asked about your diet so I won't go there) you will want to reduce the excess inflammation. So I would consider reducing the almond consumption. Otherwise it isn't too bad.

People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.
