Has anyone here read Dr. Sears's book and used his program with good results? I'm reading his book right now (about halfway through) and honestly, I'm not impressed. So far it seems to be nothing more than HIIT, which everyone has heard of and probably does already. But also, just the tone of the book is bothering me; it reads so much like a sales pitch that I'm being left with the impression that it's all BS. Also, the success stories are certainly not impressing me.
