    Question Muscle fatigue

    Primal Fuel
Has anybody noticed quicker muscle fatigue since going primal? My sister and I both have found that while doing our cross fit routines, our quads are burning out much quicker than they did when I ate grains. Thanks!

How long have you been eating primal food? You may still be adjusting to using fat over sugar as a fuel source.
When I first changed I was extremely sluggish on the squash court for 1–2 weeks.

I would imagine its because you haven't replaced all those grain calories. If you aren't already, eat some sweet or regular potatoes and even try white rice. Primal isn't necessarily a low carb diet.
