Hi Gang!

I did fast5 a few years ago & the weight fell right off. Then I got back into bodybuilding & fell into the 6-8 meal a day trap.... 2 years later I am stronger & more muscular, but fatter again so that you can't even tell. Plus I have trouble doing stuff like an impromptu hike, or playing with the kids.

Enough is enough!

I just want to be be fit in order to live my life! Im back on the IF & have traded the 45's for bodyweight (+some 45's...) This community is so active that I thought I would drop my anchor here.
