I'm lifting heavy whenever my muscles recover from my last lifting heavy, and I'm sprinting whenever I play so I don't do any dedicated sprint workouts. I just play. I practice capoeira, play football, frisbee, climb trees, and do random parkour crap around the neighborhood. I think that pretty much covers it. I also work on my feet at Geek Squad, so I get at least 15 hours of low-level aerobics in per week.
