I am excited to join this challenge. My goal is to lose 30 pounds and become my fittest by my birthday (August 20th).

Reading others stories is very inspiring. I hope to support others on their journey and get some feedback from other members when I am struggling.

I have been reading about the Paleo lifestyle for several months. I greatly appreciate all the information that Mark has made available here.

I feel so much better when I eat Paleo...more energy, fewer headaches, and less bloating. I have struggled with consistency though...so am gaining and losing the same few pounds over and over. I am ready to recommit to this lifestyle because I really want to feel and look better.

I do really well during the day. I have been tracking my meals on MyFitnessPal....most difficult for me is dinner/evenings. I am tired and stressed and will sometimes eat off-Paleo...enough so that I undo my good efforts during the day. Any suggestions?
