First failure in the gym in 5 months!
Tried lifting in the morning where I always lift at night. Last Deadlift was 345 x 6 this time put 350 on the bar and I couldn't lift it!!!! Think this is because of lifting A.M. vs. P.M.?
Oh well rest of the workout got some great PR's
could be the time of day, or it could be one of those ponderous gym anomalies... honestly, some days i feel superhuman and some days i feel weak, with absolutely no correlation to anything! weird.
