Other Advance Strength Routine
Currently following HIAH (Men's Health Huge In A Hurry by Chad Waterbury). I'm doing the "Get Lean" program at the moment. Over the past two years I've done NROL (New Rules Of Lifting) and Rip's Starting Strength. HIAH is definitely my favorite.
