    Simple solution for TUNA

    Primal Fuel
If you're like me, you used to like tuna with mayo or miracle whip mixed into it. Now that those are out, some people try making 'primal' mayo, which is absolutely the priciest, most pain-in-the-ass primalized food I have ever heard of.

I just discovered a simple thing that tastes just like mayo. I just take a bite of canned tuna, and a gulp of heavy cream. You could probably mix it in a bowl, but mixing in my mouth suites me just fine. Try it out! Tuna and cream.

I used to have mine with greek yoghurt, but I've been dairy free for a fortnight, so I'm now eating it with coconut milk and some curry paste. Very nice too!

If I'm eating it straight out of the can, I like to mix some mustard in (dijon, spicy or honey). For a salad, I do the same but add some chopped dill pickle and a chopped up hard boiled egg and put on a bed of greens with sliced tomato and carrots.

I made easy primal mayo in 5 min with a stick blender and a mason jar... and believe me I hate cooking so it has to be easy. I'll try some of these other suggestions as well. Ah okay maybe not the heavy cream, but who knows.

I recently mixed it with tahini, lemon, and some other stuff. Better than tuna!

The main way that I fix tuna these days is with eggs. I eat tuna about once a week, but it's one of my least favorite fishes. (at least the canned kind anyway)

Yesterday, I mashed a can of it with avocado, lemon juice, and some hot sauce. So good!

Okay, maybe I'm misunderstanding, but isn't homemade mayo primal? If so, it's not pricey or hard - egg yolk + vinegar + olive oil. Use stick blender. Ta da! Mayo. Takes about 3 minutes, not counting the time it takes for the egg to come to room temp.

Homemade mayo is primal, and eggs, oil, and vinegar/lemon juice are not expensive ingredients. I make my own in a couple of minutes with the blender, just about the easiest primal condiment ever. However, there are lots of other tasty things you can do with tuna if making mayo is not your thing.
