I agree entirely. I looked at all the suggestions while trying not to cringe for all that might actually try their suggestions. Out of 30 suggestions I think there was one that I completely agreed with. Everything was b-ass-ackwards.

Upsetting. Not much else to say about this one.

In all honesty I didn't make it past #12. Are they for real!? When I saw the title and opened the article I was of course expecting your typical CW babble, but come on. Seriously? It's a playbook for chronic disease. CW is only getting stronger folks, despite our best efforts. I've been hearing so much about "low fat" lately I want to pull my hair out.

“You may have thought you heard me say I wanted a lot of bacon and eggs, but what I said was: Give me all the bacon and eggs you have.” - Ron Swanson
Ugh! They actually suggest to use a "commerically prepared" egg substitute instead of eating a REAL egg?
This is the worst example of CW that I have seen in a long while.
But, however, the AHA obviously does not want people to avoid heart disease, then they would no longer be needed. And the CEO wouldn't make any money. Hence, why they suggest margarine, egg beaters, crackers and angel food cake (as a substitute for devil's food cake, LOL!)
Disgusting.
Wow, by the time I got to #6, they had already recommended eating "soft margarine" twice. Ick.
"Instead of cream cheese try 4 tablespoons soft margarine (low in saturated fat and 0 grams trans fat) blended with 1 cup dry, unsalted low-fat cottage cheese."
WTF THAT SOUNDS DISGUSTING!!! grosssssss!
LOL and really???:
"Instead of Devil's Food cake try Angel food cake." xDDDDD
Hey we could totally turn this article around and make it something we all agree with!
*insert positive attitude*
"Instead of cream cheese try 4 tablespoons of soft, melted plastic (low in saturated fat and 0 grams trans fat) blended with 1 cup dry, tasteless lumpy franken-cheese."
