Got off track , but back on board!!!
ok , i was craving tortilla chips and queso because my co workers were eating them . so i gave in , after being primal for about 2 months and loving it . that made me think that i wanted to forget it and just try to eat everything in small amounts . WRONG!! I realized its best to let myself get out of the box and just have a cheat day . because after eating everything it wasnt attractive anymore, needless to say I felt like CRAP!! I missed my good protein and fats ! So with that being figured out , and back on track ... can someone tell me if sunflower seeds are bad , because I read that the oil is bad.Thanks everyone ! glad to be primal again!!
