While it's not my latest purchase (or Primal) I highly recommend the Fitbit. It's really cool in a geeky way and somewhat motivational.

Nooooooooooooooooooooo...
Why do I have to find this AFTER being put on kidney stone prevention. *sobs*
I've lost my beloved Tea as well...
Well... it's being sequestered to one day per week, 2-3 cups. Until I do enough research on which ones are really safe for me... greens, whites, oolongs... My preference is for oolongs, but oolongs come in a range of ferment stages which may affect the content.
And herbal teas could be a problem if they contain things like lemon balm.
I'm allowed one coffee per day with milk.
*sigh* Grrrrrr........

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.
Cocoa promotes kidney stones? Interesting. Maybe I shouldn't have drank the whole pot already.....
What does the doc say about rooibos? It is a whole 'nuther plant, not a tea at all so it might work. In fact rooibos is used in traditional African medicine specifically for urinary issues.

Oxalates... still studying.
Lots of stuff isn't on the "regular" lists.
BOTH of my meds are known to cause kidney stones... I was casual about the prevention and taking supplements to help prevent when on just one stone causing med... now that I'm on two, I'm getting serious. Ya know.
