Some feed back please, I am still trying to grasp this Paleo diet I have the book and read it. Please tell me if I making the right choices. Yestuarday I work up around 9:30 did not eat till like 2:00 had bacon and 3 eggs with canned tomatoes and a bit of cheese with water. Then at night went to longhorn steak house had a strawberry salad no dressing salad has greens, strawberries, grapes, almonds, tangerines and easy feta cheese and a 12oz sirloin with steam veggies the sirloin had some butter on top. Just want to know if I am on the right track. I woul also like to know if brisket or and smoked chicken, ribs ect...is ok to eat...
What info did you get out of the book?
I know I should know but I just don't want to fail....
