So right now i am trying to make banana chips. I fried thin banana slices on a pan and now have them in the over at about 150 degrees F to dry them out. I just guessed at how to do this. Does anyone actually know how to make them with lard and without extra sugar?
You have to make them with sugar or else they end up like a dried fruit and not chip like. Bummer, I know.
ohh this is new for me, banana chips.. hmmm
