Started 7 days ago, with maybe 4-5 days of prep.
Prep being eating maybe 70% Primal.
For the past week I have eaten 95+% primal with a couple of the days being as close to perfect as is possible.

To date, 7 days, my first observation is that I am not hungry between mealtimes/feedings.

Second observation, I dropped 8.2 lbs.
I have a good amount of weight to lose, so that is a good thing.
I will not become scale neurotic, but I do use it as a tool.
