    - finished dinner by 7:30? yes, 7ish
    - no snacking yes
    - 3.5+ hrs between dinner & bedtime yes, 4ish
    - exposure to morning temp & sun yes, 50 & sunny, RELISHED it, not cold at all in l-s tee
    - darkening the house at sunset yes pah-tay
    - 100% primal diet yes
    - <50g carb per day, GAPS (no grains, sugar, legumes, lactose, or starches) yes

    Results
    - energy /10 (not sure b/c I had a weird day)
    - bloating = not good. not good at all.
    - skin = still slightly less soft
    - slept soundly 10:45-7:40 (9hrs), despite bad neck/shoulder/back pain from crick. Needed nap bad by noon, got it around 2.
    - alternated very warm and chilly overnight. Very warm during 50 degree bkfst in long tee.
    - feeling like moving, want to be social and make plans, amazing amazing change.

    Yet another party tonight. Went , was social, danced, and didn't eat a thing. Not a thing. Didn't care. CAtered specialty cake, wasn't even tempted.

    I was wondering if it would "hurt" anything if you take a warm bath after the cold bath. I have been doing it the other way around, but would prefer the cold bath first. Do you know? If not, I will ask on the monster thread.

    Great success last night, and then another interesting one today. It was a Weston Price conference, and I just ate my normal huge breakfast on the way there, sat through speakers for 8hrs, sat with others eating catered gourmet WPF-friendly lunches (including the one I bought for myself to eat for dinner), watched others eat free WPF-friendly desserts, brought some home for my family, and didn't eat

    ONE .SINGLE. THING.

    and didn't want any. And didn't care.

    Had a great social and learning time and didn't have any attachment to the food whatsoever. This is so, so, so mind-blowingly different.

    I hope you find your answers! It makes me sad that something that is supposed to be such joy (having children, of course!) can be such a trigger for ill health in our modern world. When I think about the fact that even though they were born in great health to amazingly healthy parents, and ate fantastically their whole lives, all the many groups Weston Price studied all ate special diets prior to and during pregnancy, and compare that to what we do ... it's amazing we're able to conceive at all!

    Yesterday I was browsing some WAP-friendly vendors at the conference, trying to ignore the "miracle tree!" MLM table by me, and one of the creepy MLM guys says, "Did you get some of our materials?" I picked up a newspaper to get him to leave me alone and he says, "No, take this one. That one's for weight loss" ... looks me up and down ... "You definitely don't look like you need that one."

    Note for me (leaky gut lady at the conference suggested fish peptides, too. someone else suggested the gluc*?*ic acid in kombucha converts to glutathione in the body. ?

    D - lamb steaks, cauli/turnip/gus/turnip greens w/ bacon grease, evoo, CUMIN (loving this lately)

    Results
    - energy 4/10 morning, 5.5/10 afternoon (did it get better as my shoulder got better post-chiro?)
    - bloating = 4/10 morning & evening
    - skin = SUPER soft
    - slept soundly 11ish-8. Sleeping more than I'd like lately. The rib head inflammation needing it?
    - very, very full after BAB, uncomfortable.
    - no progress on bloating on GAPS at all. This has never before happened. Also, never before have I been off sugar, AND off dairy, and not lost weight. I gained! I have no idea what's going on.
    - shivering before I got in bath (68 degree house, but couldn't get warm), so I was in PAIN as I got in it, but once under, warmed up. Still chilly post-bath, but then, no more than I was before it. My legs do feel like they're radiating cold 1hr later.

    Mama, Have you tried this stuff before... Seacure Protein Supplement Promotes Rapid Healing!

    I took it last year after a procedure. My naturalpathic thought I would heal faster. I can't really testify if it helped because I was on 43 different pills last year!!! oy! Anyway, just wanted to share.
