I felt like I kept needing to eat more and more dinner tonight. Reacting to the sugar in the (whole, not canned) tomatoes, or anticipating a woosh overnight? I'm hoping for the latter!

- 5+ hrs between Breakfast and Lunch yes, no lunch, but WANTED IT. Not hungry, just wanted. Drank & took supps instead and that fixed it.
- 5+ hrs between Lunch and Dinner yes, no lunch.
- no snacking yes
- exposure to morning sun yes - sunny & 38, no lenses, no socks!
- darkening the house at sunset mostly
- 100% primal diet yes

Results
- energy 5-6?/10
- bloating = 3ishmo morning, but felt pressing outward. felt quite full as day wore on.
- skin = still improved
- <8hrs, quite sleepy, but ... never needed a nap, forgot about it in fact! Yay!
- will do garlic again tonight if I feel I need it. I used to be able to do it on an empty stomach, but can't now if I want to be sure I keep it down. The sides of my neck are sore along a line ... lymph? Okay, update ... by night, feels like cold is almost gone, go garlic!

My daily journal format is a bit tedious, but it really does keep me focused on what I'm doing. I've tried so many different variations on primal, and this helps me remember what I'm trying, lol, and makes sure that as the days go by, I don't start getting careless, which appears to be even more important given these latest findings.

Something to consider adding to my daily journal: paleo autoimmune protocol = no grains, dairy, nightshades, nuts, seeds, fruit, eggs, legumes. I can live for a month without eggs. I've done it for a few weeks before, anyway.

Results

- skin = still improved. Hands feeling *really* smooth.
- 8hrs, very sleepy all morning. It's coming back now in the evening around 7, too.
- My body felt really relieved & happy to eataroun 6. I've noticed that I really do get a little crazy food between 5:30 & 6:30 and feeel best when I eat around then.

A funny little thing I just noticed ... I have a tan. !!
I have not been in the sun for months. I've never in my life had a tan in the winter. It's fairly faint, but absolutely there. Is it improved D status? Is it b/c I got more tan than ever before this year (b/c I don't burn as much now)? It's gotta be a great sign!

D - chili (avoiding the beans, beans, corn, and tomato chunks, lol), one bite of cooked carrot b4 realizing it was heavily buttered, several "baby carrots."

I think I slept some more later, but didn't dream or don't remember it (very odd for me), so I'm not sure
I started the salivary cortisol test (hope waking too early doesn't screw it up) and FORGOT AND STARTED EATING HALFWAY THROUGH I am SO mad at myself. I hope there is enough in the vial to make the test valid. I've been waiting fo this test for so long and needing the results so bad. GRRRRR.
Felt full of venom this morning, which is always a great way to know I'm detoxing or something and not actually act on it or think somtehing's actually wrong. Feeling better now Yay.
Bloating felt way down when I went to bed at midnight, but I didn't weigh or check. I had no proble with "not being able" to eat lots of the stuff at the party, even the GF cinnamon muffins I made! Yay!
