- exposure to morning sun raining, but I still need some sunlight. Can't stand indoor lighting.

- no PUFA's other than fCLO yes
- teaspoon of coconut oil if I start fading extra TB at bkfst

D - goat shanks (had tomato & wine), 1/4 serving of potatoes (butter, sour cream, milk)

- energy 7/10 - down in the evening; I'm suddenly very sleepy
- bloat 3/10
- skin okay
- slept 9+hrs
- had a sugar dream last night. got mad at it.
No issues from yesterday's Communion, so I don't know what was going on last week. ?
Let's see what (if anything) the potatoes do. I did nothing but meat & oil for two weeks and am still bloated, so on to the next thing, I guess. Whatever that may be, I have no idea.
