It's so interesting the order. I haven't had many of the signs of leptin sensitivity at all yet - no warming consistently (once or twice here or there only), no waking up refreshed, etc. But I have gotten full from my BAB and now haven't eaten lunch intwo weeks. If I had to guess, I'd say that it's pure caloric reduction doing the weight loss, but I'm not hungry AT ALL, so yay! It's the magic of the LR that has me able to reduce my food intake without struggling or suffering.
OTOH, you're not too full for lunch yet, but have had enough of the other signs that you can do LHT & HIIT now. I don't feel anywhere close to ready for that! I am still EXHAUSTED, at least this week. But maybe it's die-off?
