    Leptin Resistance goals:
    - Breakfast w/ 50gm of protein yes
    - Breakfast w/i 30m of rising no - 45m?
    - 5+ hrs between Breakfast and Lunch yes - no lunch
    - 5+ hrs between Lunch and Dinner yes - no lunch
    - no snacking yes
    - darkening the house at sunset yes
    - exposure to morning sun no
    - 100% primal diet yes
    - <50g carb per day way less
    - no PUFA's other than fCLO yes - even put bacon grease on my turkey instead of olive oil (and tried to avoid the pockets of fat in the turkey)
    - teaspoon of coconut oil if I start fading extra TB at bkfst

    Mg (700mg) - 1 rounded tsp
    D (5000IU) - 6000IU
    HCl (3/day and working down) - 1 + 1
    OOO (4 drops) -
    ACV (1T) - yes
    Also: organ pills, broth, ferments: SK before bkfst & dinner
    Me & BabyGrok wheat-free days: 0

    B - 9.5oz sausage, 2T CO, SK ... hard to get down. ready to get eggs back in; will do if I'm not bloated tonight or tomorrow morning

    D - turkey. drippings, sauerkraut, [COLOR="rgb(65, 105, 225)"]~1/8C kale & beet greens & other greens in bacon grease[/COLOR]

    cups of black tea

    Results
    - energy down 5/10
    - bloat 2/10
    - skin smoother this morning! Legs were VERY bumpy just after that incident in the middle of the night. All those bumps are GONE now. ?!?!
    - hair still very sebum-y
    - Slept just over 8hrs
    - feeling nauseated, very woozy (not like when I have orthostatic hypotension), almost like I've got the side symptoms of being sick without feeling otherwise bad... is this die-off? Finally starved out the baddies by getting off all carbs long enough?

    Just realized I must not be feeling 100% great ... I can't think of anything that doesn't feel physically good, but for some reason, I just want to curl up on the couch and not get up. And now the sleepiness from the hour or two that's been missing the last few days is starting to descend on me...

    - hair still very sebum-y
    - Slept 6 hrs, glurg
    - big fat 2hr nap
    - tiny twinge of something weird for a moment after dinner, then gone

    Nothing came of the nausea & wooziness last night. Nausea gone by bedtime; wooziness continued in bed. Weird. Bloating 4/10 or more at bedtime, 3/10 this morning.

    I was very hungry before getting out of bed at TooEarly o'clock this morning. Lack of sat fat in last night's meat? (I did add fat to it) Now I'm starved at 3pm. Does it have anything to do with the 2hr nap I took to catch up from this morning? Or again, last night's fat? Or something else?

    you know there are some mornings I'm waking up so freaking hungry - I'm a bear. not sure if I didn't eat enough... or if it was b/c of the HIIT I did the night before....

    I averaged 1/2 lb per week for so long ... and then plateau'd for months ... now I'm averaging 1/2 lb/day. O_O !

    Results
    - energy alternating between 3 & 5/10
    - bloat 2/10
    - mood alternating between peppy and grumpy
    - skin still a bit dry
    - hair still very sebum-y
    - Slept <8 hrs, dreadful sleep

    Last night was dreadful. A little while after I was in bed, I felt the spinning mind come on slightly, the restless leg nerves (mostly my upper right leg this time), and the waves of belly pain - slow & not acute, but sure. It was like labor waves, seriously, mid-active labor. Only with gurgly noises. I got up and waited for the inevitable. Then after I went back to bed, it started in again, but milder, and finally I was able to go back to sleep. Ended up with less bloating, and much less this morning, but still present. And down 3/4lb! ?!

    What is it? Too much HCl? (I forgot it the night before, and still had mild nausea, but not this.) Remnants from Sunday's communion wafer? Die-off from not feeding the bad bugs anymore? Magnesium deficiency?

    I'm going to take a die-off bath some time today and start in again on 2/day Mg until I can only do 1/day, and keep at that. I may take digestive enzymes instead of HCl tonight. Not sure yet.


    ETA: another possibility - fat leaving my body (fat that came from cheap veg oils, not good sat fats) releasing stored toxins creating the die-off? Is it so intense b/c the fat loss is so rapid right now?

    That's awesome... I haven't stepped on a scale in a while...but my 12P's are starting to get loose... I'm also finding adding carbs to my BAB ... lunch is starting to make an irregular appearance...
