B - two scrambled eggs, broth with spleen in it. Really, it's good! LOL, can't believe I'm saying this, but really! SK juice
L - pot roast & broth w/ veggies & kidney. 2-3T avocado, SK juice
D - pot roast & broth w/ veggies & kidney (it's stew week, boys and girls!)
Heart started racing shortly after I got up and took a while to settle down. Don't know why.

3 HCl today. No soreness. Feeling like I'd be cheery & energetic if I wasn't missing two hours of sleep. I just can't function well w/o a ridiculous amount of sleep.
