B - IF'd, since I had a bit more frittata right before I went to bed late last night & wasn't hungry.
L - chicken salad, egg salad (w/ fermented pickle relish). Singing is weird after this, the mayo? Feeling slightly bloated immediately after eating the chicken salad, psychosomatic?
4pm - drop dead tired and NASTY. Took an hour nap.
D - burger patties, lettuce, tomato, bacon, shrooms, jalapenos (five guys!)
9pm - hungry! but was rehearsing and it was too late to eat after we were done

Belly feels great tonight. My voice is clear nearly all the time now. If I only knew all those years that I would have a clear singing voice (and gain 5 notes at the top) just by getting off grain & sugar...
