So I realized I'm almost doing whole30, anyway. I'm more restrictive in not allowing fruit, nuts, or starchy veggies, but less restrictive in that I will allowed dairy fermented for at least 24hrs & pastured butter.

148. Sorry, I weighed, lol. I'm surprised I'm less than yesterday, b/c feeling much fuller - but I think it's full, not bloated, so that makes sense. Slightly surprised no HU after all the sour cream - but it's sour, after all. Almost a pint of salsa apparently didn't do it, either.
B - IF. Very full feeling in belly still, with occasional brief hunger pangs.
L - 3 eggs in CO, ~bacon, sausage
S - yogurt
D - chili (lots of veggies & meat), ~carrot, ~celery, yogurt dip
looking for dessert ... not gonna succomb. There is NOTHING on my list that is sweet! Belly was feeling very flat till dinner. Yogurt dip was NOT whole30, oops. It was Greek yogurt, for my kiddos, and I just couldn't resist tasting it to make sure it was yummy. It was, lol.
