After spending four or five years avoiding all cameras, it's nice not to be afraid of them anymore!
B - missed
L - kefir, roast beef w/ homemade sour cream in romaine.
S - smiled and ignored lots of sweet treats in the store until I saw a sample of some kind of candy-coated rice krispie bars and fell before I knew what hit me! Ow! Just a bit, but enough to make me start to feel spacey, ran straight to the homemade yogurt I had fortunately brought along in the van and chased the poison (yes, it was full of artificial everything) w/ homemade whole fat yogurt.
S - too many peanuts (delayed dinner)
D - chili
Avoid Poisons & Trauma
Move Slowly, Lift Heavy, Sprint

Sleep, Sun, Play, and Use Your Brain
~9hrs. no sun, some play, some mental math, lol
