I like winencandy's format, so trying that for a few days...
B - 3 eggs, CO, felt giddy at the thought of cheese so didn't have any
S - gobs of crisped pecans and toasted cashews. Whyh are nuts so addictive?
S - yogurt w/ about 2/3 of a banana
D - meatloaf, fried green tomatoes (rolled in egg & almond flour, fried in pernil grease - yum!)

Sleep, Sun, Play, and Use Your Brain
sick babe last night; I think I got 8hrs in over the course of 10hrs in bed. no sun, no play, not much brain use.
