1. Eat lots of animals & plants. (No insects for me, thankyouverymuch!)
Breakfast - 3 eggs, 1T CO, 1/4C raw liver in beef broth. Maybe an increase in energy?
Lunch - fajita meat, ~refried beans, BBQ pork fat + ~meat, ~bell peppers, nectarine. I love leftovers!
Bunches of dried apricots.
Dinner - chicken & veggie soup. Very, very soothing.
2. Move around a lot at a slow pace.
3. Lift heavy things.
Regularly lifting 17lb infant and occasionally lifting 36lb 3yo during day.
4. Run really fast once in a while.
5. Get lots of sleep.
6.5hrs. My fault this time.
Napped for nearly 3 hours. !!!
7. Get some sunlight every day.
Goal: 15m peak sun
8. Avoid trauma.
9. Avoid poisonous things.
10. Use your mind.
