Feeling like a new woman after my nap, but I felt better than I should have on a 3-hr sleep deficit even before it. Looks like I'm not a "raw liver gives me instant energy," but a "raw liver gives me energy after a few days" girl, lol. Whatever the case, I'm going to keep on with it for a while. I'm not all the way there, but feel way better ... was it die-off from chucking the potatoes & almost all the dairy, despite still having a bit of sugar and excess fruit here and there?

Mark quoted my words on trolls in the troll thread - so honored, lol. Begone, trolls!

Your progress is great, MamaGrok! Way to go!

I, on the other hand seem to be in reverse in spite of eating within my calories and macronutrient goals and exercise. Grrr.

Your progress spurs me on. Thanks!

I think we all have stalls (I just had a two-week one, and am only losing an average of .5 lb/wk, anyway), but you've had some extra stress on your plate late, and I wouldn't be surprised if that affects things. :hugs:

    165.25.

    1. Eat lots of animals & plants. (No insects for me, thankyouverymuch!)
Breakfast - 3 eggs, 1T CO, 8+oz soured milk, sausage, peppers & shrooms, ~raw liver in beef broth. Whoa, that was a big breakfast!

Lunch - PB & honey. Not very hungry

Dinner - leftover lamb chops, CFA grilled chicken salad w/ Caesar.

    2. Move around a lot at a slow pace.
Yes. Working a consignment sale - so very domestic of me!

    3. Lift heavy things.
Regularly lifting 17lb infant and occasionally lifting 36lb 3yo during day.
    Yes - furniture!

    4. Run really fast once in a while.
    Goal: 1x/wk

5 & 7. Get lots of sleep & some sunlight (Goal: 15m peak sun).

    no.

    8 & 9. Avoid trauma & poisonous things.

Went to the consignment sale w/ my kiddos tonight and had lots of fun shopping with them. I guess that's play, huh, but I don't usually enjoy shopping. Still feeling pretty good today, just a bit sleepy!
