    Results
    - Energy: 5. Mood: 6
    - Bloating: 2.5m AM.
    - Skin: less smooth. no pitting. pinker nose. Less dark circles.
    - Sleep: 10:40-7:40 solid. Sleeping hard when alarm went off, but woke right up and felt sleepy, and less well than last few days, but much better than past still. 1gr TG 2hr before wakeup. Sleepy at 3pm.


    Thyroid still feels hard& slightly prominent on front.

    What I see is

    *great improvement in hematocrit, etc., part of CBC
    *Despite the fact that every increase in Naturethroid is making me feel better (with possible exception of the last two ... on reflection, I think my mood has improved, but energy has been down the last month), I have too much pooling. ReverseT3 is not yet in, so no idea if all the extra T4 is going to that or not.
    *LDL is still being converted so something, so that's good
    *HDL is decreasing despite a year with no wheat or dairy. Could something else have been masking it before? Kruse says low HDL is normal with leaky gut.
    *Iron labs - yikes. How are these going down while the ones in CBC are going up?
    *SHBG & pregnenolone still royally suck. What to do? Supp DHEA even though my DHEA is better than ever?
    *Estrogen is up but progesterone is not. Why? Note the 1st & 3rd were taken around CD5, while the 2nd was taken post-ovulation
    *I have no idea what the CD4:CD8 or ACTH levels indicate.
    *Still no positive or negative confirmation of Hashimoto's or other autoimmune disease
    *Why is CMP going downhill? What does the BUN/Creatinine thing indicate?
    *What is happening with my Sodium, Potassium, & Chloride?
    *Do I need to do something about my Ferritin?


    jansz steroid hormone chart. Looks like my problem is clearly the left side (pregnenolone steal), but doesn't seem to make since to supp DHEA fo rme at all. ?

    Weird day yesterday - 134 still, thigh up only 1/8" still, upper arm back down, but forearm fairly far up. Very tired mid-afternoon, felt a hot ear & forehead, temp up to 98.2 (norm for me is 97.2). Better by evening.

    Woke up this morning feeling very deflated between the hips, but still bloated looking 3-3.5mo pg just like last night. But - weirder - even though thigh is back up to 1/4" swollen (bigger than yesterday) & bloated & forearm is still up (IIRC), only 132.25! Don't know where it came from.

    Getting sleepy now at 11:30am.

    And today, 133, still higher in the same places, lower in hips & hip pockets than ever before. Not making much sense, but I feel pretty good and fairly energetic today in the legs, although a bit sleepy in the head.

    I've done only 2gr NDT + 1cap TG the last two days. Or three? Just felt right.

    Ugh, groan. Went to a party, but didn't have enough land protein this morning (mostly seafood), and even though I ate a full lunch to ward it off, "needed" to eat some olives. And then once that went down, "needed" to eat some moussaka, dolmas, & then couldn't refrain from sour greek, brie w/ cranberries & pecans, & choc-covered pb balls. Feel like I have lead in my gut. Certainly not a binge, but it feels horrible. I love cheese. Cheese hates me.

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    Today's short summary: won't weigh until my calf, thigh, & arm are measuring near normal again (will probably take a week; they're up for sure). Yesterday was CD13 & O. Sweated half the night last night as if I had tons of industrial oils, but I don't think I had any. Couldn't sleep for 60-90m b/c of it. Slept 9.5-10hrs, so was in bed 11hrs! Was VERY sleepy all day, bu tfinally kicked out of it around 7pm.

    In the 51F bath right now. It feels way more comfortable than 53F did a few days ago. Strange.

    I noticed several days last week that the top & bottom of my spine felt like they had less fat padding them, but wasn't sure I wasn't imagining it. Today, it is most definitely like it was before last week, so yes, there must have been swelling/water there that had just disappeared (even though my leg & ribs were still slightly swollen at that time). And now is back, thanks to last night's outing with legumes, dairy, sugar, veggies, fruit, nuts, & rice.
