Results
- Energy: 5. Mood: 5
- Bloating: 3m AM. Even better than yesterday all day! 3ish at night!
- Skin: almost smooth. Still some pitting edema on shin. Red nose last few days. Still dark circles under eyes.
- Sleep: solid 8.75hrs after shivering for a long time!
